JQ-DH MECHNICAL SHOCK ABSORBER

SHUANGJIA JQ-DH shock absorber is an absorbing tool acting as vertical absorbing function when drilling with cone bits or abrasive coring bits. It can absorb or slow down vertical shocking and impact load of drill stem when drilling, thereby keep normal drilling pressure, prolong working life of drill bit, protect drilling tools and surface equipments, decrease drilling cost, increase drilling efficiency.

JQ-DH uses disk spring as elastic element, it is different from hydraulic shock absorber using silicon oil and other fluid as working medium, its working property doesn't be effected by working environment, this mechanical type shock absorber is a new R&D tool made by our factory and a foreign company, it has the advantages of simple structure, reliable working, convenient operation and maintenance, good absorbing effect, long working life and high property, it’s one of the most widely used drilling tools oversea.

JQ-JY MECHANICAL-HYDRAULIC SHOCK ABSORBER

SHUANGJIA JQ-JY mechanical-hydraulic shock absorber is one new type double acting shock absorber, it absorbs jumping and shaking of drilling tools through compressed energy storage from two kinds of damping elements which are disc spring and Si-oil, it has advantages of good maintainability, resistance to high load, long service life. It could meet the need of different formation, protect drill bits and drilling tools

JQ-Y HYDRAULIC SHOCK ABSORBER 

SHUANGJIA JQ-Y hydraulic shock absorber can use its inner compressible liquid to absorb or reduce impact and shock load on drill bits and drilling tools.

JQ-YS DOUBLE WAY HYDRAULIC SHOCK ABSORBER

SHUANGJIA JQ-YS double way hydraulic shock absorber is worked with cone bit or abrasives core bit to absorb the shock force in vertical and axial direction. It can not only absorb and reduce the vertical shock force and load, and also can absorb and reduce the axial shock loading, so that keep the normal bit pressure and torque. It will realize the best bit pressure and rotate speed in drilling or coring operation. It is better than normal shock absorber on increasing bit working life, protecting the drilling tools and ground equipment, reducing the drilling costs and increasing the drilling efficiency. It is an ideal shock absorber for drill string.
